 After Norton discontinued Commander I looked for a like program. Several years ago I found WinNC. Since then I have installed it every time I change computers or upgrade Operating Systems.  easy to start This is a good library, IMHO, and easy to use because of a working sample program. Scanning seems to be a bit slow comparted to what I have expected, but works. Probably this lies on the hardware, i have made no comparison on that machine yet.
